Tasneem is a senior consultant in human performance and change management. With over 20 years’ experience, she has trained more than 5000 individuals worldwide. Shahnoor is a versatile professional with a strong commercial banking background and deep experience in financial analysis, credit, risk and transaction banking, who has made a seamless transition into strategy and business consulting, specializing in financial diagnosis of businesses, business planning, change management, building organizational congruence, new product development and operational efficiencies.

She started her career with Citibank as a corporate/commercial banker upon completing her MBA. During a 7-year career with the bank, she had significant exposure to commercial credit/lending, transaction banking, product management, compliance and operations. As a management consultant she worked on projects in various countries of Asia and Middle East such as Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE. She has worked on a development project for a Central Bank in an Emerging Market and is the author of the first Financial Literacy Programme for that country. She has demonstrated success as a change leader who has transformed a large banking diploma awarding institute in an emerging country with professional banking population of over 100K into an internationally accredited first class organization. As part of the assignment she has developed deep expertise in the areas of curriculum and training design and delivery and has designed curriculum for a number of banking areas such as: Banking Products and Regulations, Lending, International Trade etc. She has been involved in the development of competency frameworks for the banking industry for a number of banks in the GCC and continues to work with them on HR strategy, competency frameworks, talent development, credit coaching, risk management and corporate governance.
